A Seminar for People Who Want To Improve Their Quality of Life

We are very pleased to host this workshop with Richard P. Brown MD at the Center for Symbolic Studies and Stone Mountain Counseling PC.
Breath~Body~Mind is a unique fusion of breath movement and meditation techniques derived from yoga Qi Gong orthodox Christian monks Buddhism and modern science. These powerful self-regulation techniques relieve anxiety improve focus and increase well-being.
Coherent Breathing Victory Breathing and Breath Moving enhance and optimizes brain heart and lung function while stimulating the healing calming recharging parts of the nervous system. Open Focus meditation can be used to relieve physical and emotional pain.
Participants are encouraged to bring mats blankets pillows etc. which will help them to feel comfortable sitting and lying on the floor.

Since 1994 the stage at Stone Mountain Farm has been an international gathering place for traditional wisdom and culture to flourish and grow.

New Roof Design & Audience
We are currently fund-raising to finish the roof and replace the stage floor by this years Beltane festival on May 1st. All donations are tax deductible and with a donation of $100 or more receive free admission to Beltane & MidSummer Arts festival!
Our goal is to shape the Center into a full time performing and healing arts center where artists healers and teachers can come from all over the world to explore and expand their craft. The roof over the stage is a step in this process.
