Volunteering Options & Availability

We have many opportunities to help at Beltane, both before and on the day of the festival. We try to ensure all of our volunteers have a good time, by seeing first what they'd like to do most, and second what they're willing to do.

Please choose what you'd most like to do below, and also what you're willing to do and we'll do our best to make sure you get to do what you'd like!

When you'd like to Volunteer (which team)*

Winter Team (I'd like to volunteer January until April)
April Team (I'd like to volunteer in the month of April)
Festival Day Team (I'd like to volunteer on the day of the Festival)
Takedown Team (I'd like to volunteer the Day after the Festival)

Some people are only available on the day of, others would rather volunteer early and get it all out of the way. Please let us know which suits you!

Winter Options for Volunteering*

Long Term positions usually demand more of a skillset and definitely the ability to be scheduled and attend meetings regularly. If you're willing to be a coordinator, please let us know though it is best if you've helped on our team prior so we know you.

April Volunteering Options (weeks prior to Beltane)*

April positions range a variety of skillsets and locales, both indoors and outdoors. This is best if you are local, or can make it to the Center if needed, though if you cannot, please let us know in the message box below and we'll be able to work out something for you to do in your location.

Day of Volunteer Options*

In order to pull off our Beltane festival, we're usually in need of somewhere around 120 volunteers. Please let us know all of the things you're willing to do and let us know any restrictions or requests you'd like to have below in the msg box.

Day After Volunteer Options*

Grounds Cleanup
Sign Take-down
Freelance / Fill-in where is needed

The day after, our grounds are many times littered with a lot of refuge despite how wonderfully cleanly most of the participants are. But hey, it's a party right?

If you'd like to help the day after by cleaning up lost articles of clothing for our Lost & Found, or helping to collect our large Signs, please let us know. This is especially good for those who plan to camp over in our meadow.
