Artist as Myth Maker – Alex Grey
A roundtable styled lecture and discussion led by the phenomenal artist Alex Grey pertaining to the artists’ role as the “tip of the sword” for the next consciousness of his/her tribe or people. By following the threads of personal experiences, and quotes on creative process, we will examine the channels carved throughout the ages of the archetypal hero, not aiming for the physical deed of slaying a dragon, but rather the spiritual insight with which to revive the consciousness of his or her village.
